It is common for E4OD/4R100 transmissions to have soft 1-2 or 2-3 shifts.  Severe wear of the Line Pressure Modulator Sleeve allows EPC oil to leak past valve.

*96948-01K will recalibrate shift to Heavy Duty High Performance Feel.
